🕒 Check-in & Check-out Timings: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Any stay past 11:00 AM is chargeable at ₹100 per hour. Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 must be paid prior to check-in. Pre-Arrival ID & Contact: After booking, our team will contact you to assist with check-in. You must provide a valid government ID with your address so we can register your arrival with the society. 📜 General House Rules No Smoking & No Drugs: Strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment. No Pets Allowed: We love animals, but pets are not permitted in the studio. Keep the Beds Clean: Please strictly avoid eating or drinking on the bed. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. If you have a guest who wishes to stay over, you must inform us in advance for approval. 🏊 Society & Amenities Society Rules: Guests must respect and follow all complex guidelines. Swimming Pool: You must wear appropriate proper swimwear when using the pool. Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car and one scooter. If you are bringing a vehicle, please inform our team of the vehicle registration number in advance. 🧹 Cleaning & Waste Management Strict Waste Segregation: You must separate your waste into Wet and Dry categories using the two specific dustbins provided in the apartment. Failure to segregate waste will result in a ₹500 fine. Do Not Litter: Please respect Goa and our local environment by finding appropriate places to dump waste when you are outside. On-Demand Housekeeping: Daily cleaning is not included, but you can request services at your convenience. Cleaning is chargeable at ₹250, and a fresh linen change is ₹250.
