To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, please review our house rules and guide to the cottage: Timings, Access & Parking: Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards. Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Self-Check-In Process: We offer a seamless self-check-in experience. We will share your unique key safe code 24 to 48 hours prior to your arrival. To retrieve the key, simply enter the code at the key safe, pull down the small black button to open the safe door, take out your keys, and unlock your front door. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Strictly subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Early check-in is charged at ₹100 per hour up until the standard 2:00 PM check-in time. Late check-out is charged at ₹100 per hour after the standard 11:00 AM check-out time. Please note that an early check-in or late check-out also requires a fully refundable security deposit of ₹1,000, which must be cleared before checking in. Parking: Free, secure parking is available directly outside the cottage. Quiet Hours: Please maintain peace and quiet between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM to respect our tranquil neighborhood. No Smoking & No Drugs: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking and illegal substances inside the cottage. Food & Drink Guidelines: You are welcome to enjoy your favorite meals and alcoholic beverages. However, please do not eat or drink on the bed to keep our linens pristine. Please clean up any leftover food promptly to avoid attracting insects. Strict Waste Segregation: Goa mandates extremely strict waste segregation by law. You must separate your trash into Wet and Dry bins. Mixed waste will result in a ₹500 fine, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Housekeeping & Caretaking: Unlike traditional hotels, we do not have a full-time, on-site housekeeping team. Instead, we work with professional caretakers who come and go. General cleaning is complimentary. Complete linen changes are available for a fee of ₹350 per change (this includes replacing all four pillowcases, the bed sheet, the duvet cover, the bath towel, and the hand towel). Damages & Key Policy: We understand accidents happen! Please let us know immediately if anything gets damaged or broken. If you happen to lose the cottage keys, please notify us right away (a replacement key fee of ₹300 applies).
