Welcome to our home! We are thrilled to host you and want to ensure you have a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. To help us maintain the high standard of this newly renovated apartment and respect our peaceful neighborhood, we kindly ask that you read and adhere to our house rules. Please note that booking this property constitutes agreement to all the guidelines and policies outlined below. 1. Check-In, Check-Out, and Bookings Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-Out: Strictly by 11:00 AM. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be requested in advance. If available, a fee of ₹200 per hour will apply. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹2,000 must be paid in full prior to your check-in. This will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the property. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this apartment is strictly four (4) guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted overnight. 2. General Cleanliness and Housekeeping Dining Area: All meals, snacks, and sugary drinks must be restricted exclusively to the dining table in the kitchen area. Absolutely no eating in the bedroom or on the beds. The tropical climate means even minor crumbs will quickly attract ants and lead to immediate pest infestations. Cleaning Service: Cleaning is complimentary(not Provided Daily). We will share the exact timing and procedure with you immediately after your check-in. Linen Changes: If you require fresh sheets or towels during your stay, a fee of ₹500 per change will be charged to cover laundry services. Furniture: Please do not drag, move, or rearrange any of the furniture inside the apartment. This prevents scratches on our floors and walls. 3. Loft Safety and Child Policies Loft Caution: The custom loft in the bedroom is a unique architectural feature. Please exercise extreme caution when climbing up and down the loft steps. We will not be held legally or financially responsible for any slips, trips, falls, or injuries. No Young Children: For safety and liability reasons, young children are strictly prohibited from climbing the loft steps or playing on the loft level. No Pets: We maintain a strict no-pets policy to protect guests with allergies and keep the apartment pristine. 4. Keys & Self Check-In Instructions Self Check-In: We use a secure lockbox system. Your unique access code will be sent to you 24 to 48 hours before check-in. Lockbox Operation: 1. Locate the keybox near the entrance. 2. Align the dials to show your unique code. 3. Pull down the release knob directly below the dials to open the compartment. 4. Retrieve the keys and close the box safely. Lost Keys: Please keep track of your keys. In the event of lost or misplaced keys, a replacement fee of ₹300 will be charged to cover the cost of duplicating the keys and securing the lock. 5. Community, Noise, and Conduct Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise levels, music, and television volumes to a respectful low during these hours. Neighborhood Respect: This apartment is located in a quiet, residential complex. Please respect our neighbors' peace and follow all complex-wide rules. Issue Resolution: Should any issue arise with neighbors, staff, or complex facilities, please refrain from escalating the situation or engaging in arguments. Contact us immediately, and we will happily handle the situation on your behalf. Illegal Substances: Absolutely no illegal substances are permitted inside the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and reporting to local authorities. Alcohol: Guests are welcome to carry and responsibly consume alcohol within the property. Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
