You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking in and out
Check-in: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Checkout before 10:00 am

During your stay
6 guests maximum
No pets
No smoking- No smoking in the apartment please. If you absolutely must, you can smoke in the balconies or terrace.
- As much as we love animals, no pets in the house.
- Please switch off ACs, lights, fans and geysers when not in use.
- We request you to turn the volume down at 10 pm.
- Please keep your house key with smart card carefully, as losing it will attract a fee of Rs. 1,000.
- Cleaning of the apartment is done just before every new arrival at the apartment, and will be provided complimentary after every 2 days. In case you require additional cleaning, you can request for the same at a nominal charge of Rs. 500 per visit.
- Please maintain the apartment well and treat it like you would your own, to ensure a pleasant experience for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
