Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Arrivals before 6:00 AM: Full previous night charge.
Arrivals 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM: ₹250 per hour.
Late Check-out (until 6:00 PM): ₹250 per hour. After 6:00 PM: Full night charge.
Security & Fees
Security Deposit: ₹5,000 (payable before check-in). Pet security deposit is ₹10,000, payable before check-in.
Linen Change: ₹250 per room. Stains on linen will result in a deposit deduction.
Car Wash: Available for ₹600.
Damage: Please report any damaged cutlery or furniture in advance.
Villa Etiquette
Occupancy: Maximum 13 guests. Unauthorised guests require prior permission.
Peace & Quiet: Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. No parties allowed.
Smoking & Drugs: Strictly no smoking inside the villa. No drugs allowed on the premises.
Waste: Please segregate wet and dry waste.
Staff & Services
Caretaker: Available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. He can assist with groceries. Please use the door signage if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Power Backup: Our inverter supports lights, fans, Wi-Fi, and the Smart TV during power failures (not ACs).
Safety: Security cameras monitor the property exterior. We are not responsible for the loss of personal items.
No plucking fruits or flowers.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
