Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable at Rs. 150 per hour. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like an early check in / late check out.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping services during your stay are not included. If you would like to avail our housekeeping services during your stay it will be charged at Rs. 300 per visit. We have the necessary cleaning supplies available in the apartment if you wish to do it yourself.
Keys: The keys to the apartment are placed in a key safe outside the door. The code will be shared 24 to 48 hours prior to check in.
Losing the keys will incur a charge of INR 300 to cover the cost of replacement.
ID Requirement: All guest must produce their IDs upon request. (Indian Nationals - Passport, AADHAR, Voting card, Driving License; Foreign Nationals - Passport with Valid Indian Visa)
Quiet Hours: To respect all residents' and guests' comfort, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Waste Management: Kindly Segregate your waste into WET and DRY and dispose it off in the designated areas.
Shared Spaces: All guests must treat common spaces with care and respect.
Respect for Local Customs: Guests should respect local customs and traditions, ensuring their behaviour aligns with the cultural context.
No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your stay.
