Keys: The keys to the apartment are placed in a key safe outside the door. The code will be shared 24 to 48 hours prior to check in once all guests have shared their IDs. Losing the keys will incur a charge of INR 300 to cover the cost of replacement. ID Requirement: All guests staying / visiting must share their IDs prior to check in/ at the time of check in. Indian Nationals: Passport/ Aadhar Card / Voters ID / Driving License Foreign Nationals: Passport with valid Indian visa. Quiet Hours: To respect all residents' and guests' comfort, please observe quiet hours between 11:00PM and 8:00 AM. Waste Management: Kindly Segregate your waste into WET and DRY and dispose it off in the designated areas mentioned. Shared Spaces: All guests must treat common spaces with care and respect. No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences. Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction.
