We have the necessary cleaning supplies available in the apartment if you wish to do it yourself. Keys: The keys to the apartment are placed in a key safe outside the door. The code will be shared 24 to 48 hours prior to check in. Losing the keys will incur a charge of INR 300 to cover the cost of replacement. ID Requirement: All guest must produce their IDs upon request. (Indian Nationals - Passport, AADHAR, Voting card, Driving License; Foreign Nationals - Passport with Valid Indian Visa) Quiet Hours: To respect all residents' and guests' comfort, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Waste Management: Kindly Segregate your waste into WET and DRY and dispose it off in the designated areas. Shared Spaces: All guests must treat common spaces with care and respect. Respect for Local Customs: Guests should respect local customs and traditions, ensuring their behaviour aligns with the cultural context. No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences. Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction.
