House Rules: Guest Policy & Visitors: Our home is reserved for registered guests only. If you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, please notify us in advance. An extra charge may apply for unregistered overnight guests. Day visitors are welcome, but we kindly ask that you inform us if you plan to have a large gathering. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these times, we ask that you limit loud music, excessive noise, and boisterous activities. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. You are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas, away from open windows and doors, and please dispose of butts responsibly. Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this property. Kitchen Use & Cleaning: You are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen during your stay. Please clean up after each use, including washing all dishes, pots, and utensils, and returning them to their proper place. Kindly dispose of food waste promptly in the designated bins to keep the kitchen fresh and tidy. Trash Disposal: We are committed to responsible waste management. Please follow the instructions provided at check-in for waste separation (e.g., wet and dry waste) and disposal. We will explain collection days and bin locations upon your arrival. Electricity & Water Usage: We encourage mindful consumption of resources. Please help us conserve electricity and water by turning off lights, air conditioners, and taps when not in use. When using the air conditioner, we kindly request you set it to a moderate temperature to avoid excessive energy consumption. Parking: If parking is provided, please use only the designated guest parking spots. Unauthorized vehicles are not permitted. Please park responsibly and avoid blocking access for others. Damage & Repairs: We understand that accidents can happen. Please report any damages, breakage, or maintenance issues promptly to us so we can address them quickly. Guests will be held responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse, and charges may be applied after an assessment. Check-in & Check-out Times: Standard check-in is after 2:00 PM. Standard check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be prearranged with us. If not prearranged, a charge of ₹300 per hour will apply. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹2000 will be collected either at the time of booking or upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full after your departure, provided there are no damages to the property or violations of the house rules. Respect Our Home: Please treat our home as you would your own. Lost Keys: A fee of Rs. 300 will be charged for lost keys. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises. Valuables: Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when you leave the apartment and at night. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables.
