Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided daily during your stay. Linen change is charged at Rs. 600 per change for all 3 bedrooms. Please maintain the cleanliness and order of the premises during your stay. Keys: Our caretaker will hand over the keys to your accommodation to you. You are responsible for ensuring the keys are returned. Losing the keys will incur a charge of INR 300 to cover the replacement cost. ID Requirement: All guests must produce their IDs (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voters ID, Driving License) at the time of check-in. Failure to produce IDs may result in check-in being denied to the guest. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbours, please observe quiet hours outdoors between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Waste Management: Please segregate your waste into wet and dry. Please dispose of all waste responsibly in the designated areas and follow local waste management guidelines. Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Please ensure your visitors are aware of and adhere to these rules. No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences. Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your stay. Pool Rules : We want your stay at our villa to be enjoyable and safe. Please take a moment to review and adhere to the following rules and regulations regarding the use of our swimming pool: 1. Shower before entering the pool. 2. Kindly wear proper swim attire in the pool. 3. No diving. Our pool depth is not suitable for diving. 4. For the safety of all guests please do not bring glass or breakable items near the pool. 5. Do not eat food in or near the pool. 6. Running, rough play, or horseplay in the pool area is not allowed to prevent accidents. 7. No lifeguard on duty. Each guest is responsible for their own conduct. 8. Children under the age of 10 should be under the supervision of an adult.
