Linen change will be provided after every 3 nights of stay. Linen change as per your convenience is charged at Rs. 800 Keys: Keys to your accommodation will be securely stored in a key safe. Kindly ensure that the keys are kept back in the safe during check out. Losing the keys will incur a charge of INR 500 to cover the cost of replacement and logistics. ID Requirement: All Foreign and Indian guests must produce their IDs upon request prior to check in. Valid IDs - Indian Guest - Passport, Voters ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card. Foreign Guest - Passport with valid Indian Visa Quiet Hours: To respect all residents' and guests' comfort, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Waste Management: Kindly segregate your waste into WET & DRY. Shared Spaces: All guests must treat common spaces with care and respect. Please leave them in the same condition you found them. Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Please ensure your visitors are aware of and adhere to these rules. Respect for Local Customs: Guests should respect local customs and traditions, ensuring their behaviour aligns with the cultural context. No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences. Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction. Respect Quiet Zones: Keep noise to a minimum in designated quiet areas. 10. Keep Pool Clean: Dispose of trash in designated bins and help keep the area tidy. 11. No Rough Play or Horseplay: No splashing, dunking, or other aggressive behaviors. 12. Report Damages: Immediately report any broken equipment or unsafe conditions to our staff.
