1. Guest Policy
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises overnight. Notify management if additional guests will be staying, as this may incur extra charges.
2. Quiet Hours
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM to respect neighbors. Limit loud music or noise during these times.
3. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (if any). Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited to maintain air quality for future guests.
4. Pets
• Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by management. Any unauthorized pets will result in a cleaning fee.
5. Kitchen Use and Cleaning
• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Please clean up after use, including washing dishes and disposing of food waste in the appropriate bins.
6. Trash Disposal
• Follow the instructions for waste separation and disposal as provided. Collection days and bins will be explained at check-in.
7. Electricity and Water Usage
• Please conserve electricity and water. Turn off lights, air conditioners, and taps when not in use, and keep air conditioners at moderate temperatures to avoid overuse.
8. Parking
• Parking spots, if provided, are designated for guests. Unauthorized vehicles are not permitted.
9. Damage and Repair
• Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Damages caused by guests may be billed to them after an assessment.
10. Swimming Pool Rules
• Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their safety, and the management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or mishaps that may occur.
• Please supervise children at all times when in or around the pool.
• No diving, running, or rough play is allowed in the pool area to ensure a safe environment.
• Pool hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM. Please respect these times to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors.
11. Check-in and Check-out Times
• Standard check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charged at ₹500 per hour if not prearranged.
