Terms & Conditions
Welcome to our guest house! To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request adherence to the following house rules: 1. Check-in and Check-out: Our standard check-in time is 2 PM, and checkout time is 11 AM. For guests requiring early check-in or late checkout, a fee of ₹300 per hour will be applicable. Please inform us in advance if you require this service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. 2. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest house premises. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property for the convenience of smokers. 3. Noise Levels: Please respect the tranquillity of our surroundings and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings, to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. 4. Guests and Visitors: Only registered guests can stay overnight in the apartments. Prior approval is required for any additional visitors or guests. Kindly inform us if you plan to have visitors during your stay. 5. Pets: We do not allow pets on the premises except for certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if you require accommodation for a service animal. 6. Housekeeping services, including cleaning and linen change, are provided during your stay. Please inform the caretakers when you would like these services. Cleaning is complimentary, while linen change is available for Rs 400 per change. Guests have the flexibility to choose when they would like their linen changed to suit their preferences. 7. Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred to the property or its belongings during their stay. Any such incidents must be reported to the management immediately. 8. Security: For the safety and security of our guests, please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises. Valuables should be stored in the provided safe deposit boxes. 9. Utilities: Please conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use. Help us minimise our environmental footprint. 10. Emergency Procedures: For emergencies, please contact the management immediately. Emergency contact numbers and evacuation procedures are provided in each apartment for your reference.
