To ensure the comfort and security of all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules: Check-In/Check-Out Times: Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available at a charge of ₹200 per hour, subject to availability. Complex Rules: Please follow all complex rules and guidelines. The reservation team will provide detailed information prior to your arrival. Swimming Pool Attire: Proper swimming attire is required at the pool. Beachwear is not acceptable. Smoking: The complex has designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed a fine of ₹2000 will be applied if the room smells after checkout. Cleaning and Linen Change: Additional cleaning and linen change services are available for a fee of ₹200 each. These services are optional and can be requested as needed. Self-Service Amenities: Basic toiletries and room-cleaning equipment are available in the apartment for your use. Garbage Disposal: Guests are requested to segregate their waste and leave it outside in the morning for collection. Please note that mixed waste is not accepted, and a penalty of ₹500 will be charged for non-compliance. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM onwards to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Security and Documentation: The complex maintains 24/7 security. Prior to check-in, all guests are required to submit identification documents to the reservation team. Self Check-In/Check-Out: We offer a self-check-in and check-out process. Keys are kept in the key safe. The court for the same will be provided to the reservation team. Termination of Stay: The property management reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund if any rules are violated.
