Check-In and Check-Out: Normal check-in time starts from 2 PM, and check-out is required by 11 AM. ID Requirement: All guests must carry photocopies (Xerox copies) of their valid photo IDs. This is essential for security reasons and our records. Quiet Hours: To respect all residents' and guests' comfort, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Waste Management: Please dispose of all waste responsibly in the designated areas and follow local waste management guidelines. Shared Spaces: All guests must treat common spaces with care and respect. Please leave them in the same condition you found them. Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Please ensure your visitors are aware of and adhere to these rules. Respect for Local Customs: Guests should respect local customs and traditions, ensuring their behaviour aligns with the cultural context. No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences. Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction.
