Check-In and Check-Out: Normal check-in time starts from 2 PM, and check-out is required by 11 AM. While we provide some flexibility for these times, please note that any adjustments may be subject to additional charges. Early and late check-in/out is charged at Rs 500 an hour (subjective to availability). Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are not included in your booking fee and will be charged separately. As a guest, you can negotiate with the housekeeping staff directly to cater to your cleaning needs. Please maintain the cleanliness and order of the premises during your stay. Keys: Keys to your accommodation will be securely stored in a key safe, for which we will provide you with the combination code upon your arrival. You are responsible for ensuring the keys are returned to the key safe at the end of your stay. Losing the keys will incur a charge of INR 300 to cover the cost of replacement and security measures. ID Requirement: All guests must carry photocopies (Xerox copies) of their valid photo IDs. This is essential for security reasons and our records. Quiet Hours: To respect all residents' and guests' comfort, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Waste Management: Please dispose of all waste responsibly in the designated areas and follow local waste management guidelines. Shared Spaces: All guests must treat common spaces with care and respect. Please leave them in the same condition you found them. Guest Conduct: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Please ensure your visitors are aware of and adhere to these rules. Respect for Local Customs: Guests should respect local customs and traditions, ensuring their behaviour aligns with the cultural context. No Drugs: Using or selling illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. No Unlawful Activities: Engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction and may have legal consequences. Non-compliance with these rules may result in penalties, including eviction. The pool depth is not suitable for diving. 5. **No Running:** Running, rough play, or horseplay in the pool area is not allowed to prevent accidents. 6. **Glassware:** For your safety, please do not bring glass containers into the pool area. Plastic or non-breakable containers are recommended. 7. **No Food/Drinks in the Pool:** Food and drinks should be enjoyed in designated seating areas. Please keep the pool water clean. 8. **Proper Attire:** Proper swim attire is required in the pool. Street clothes and footwear are not allowed. 9. **Shower Before Swimming:** Rinse off in the provided shower before entering the pool to remove sunscreen, lotions, and contaminants. 10. **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed in the pool area to maintain a clean and safe environment. 11. **Respect Others:** Please be mindful of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. 12. **Private Pool:** This pool is exclusively for the use of registered guests staying at the villa.
