AGREED RULES AND REGULATIONS TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE GUESTS
1)Conditions for check-in and check out: Check-in time – 2 PM and Check-out time – 12 PM.
Guests shall have a valid Government ID and Address Proof ( Passport, Driving License, or Aadhaar Card ). For Non-Indian Nationals, each member of the group shall carry their passport containing a valid Indian visa including a photocopy of the picture page and visa page. If your passport is damaged or tampered with and you are refused to travel by the Airline Authorities, in such a case, bookings made shall be canceled.
2)Security Deposits: A refundable deposit is to be paid before check-in. the amount may be retained for any unpaid payments related to extra guests, utilization of chargeable amenities such as pool heating, late checkout( without prior approval), any damages in or to the villa, any food-related expenses, etc.
3)Covenant for the care of the property: No damage should be caused by the guest to the villa and the fittings, fixtures, furniture, articles, or any other thing provided in or around the villa. Any damage caused, will be charged to the guest.
4)Undertaking to use the premises: The guest shall adhere to the house rules of the villa.
5)Caretaker Services: The caretaker will be available for basic cleaning only. He /She may not be available throughout the day.
6)Number of Residing Guests: The number of guests accommodated in the villa shall not exceed the number as may be agreed at the time of booking.
7)Outsiders/Visitors: No visitors are allowed. In case a guest wishes to invite non-residents to visit the villa, they shall take prior consent from Villa Owner/Vista Rooms and same shall be subject to such additional fees and terms and conditions as may be decided by Villa Owner/Vista Rooms.
8)Flammable Items: The guest shall ensure that inflammable, explosive items or any other item which may be injurious to the health are not stored in the said villa.
9)Liability: M/s. Anjuna Greens LLP/ Avontade Suites/ Vista Rooms / Villa Owner or Villa Staff shall not be responsible for the liability arising out of any claims, expenses, financial or property loss or damage, arising from injury, accident, death, delay, alteration, or inconvenience, by whatever cause including airline scheduling, default, strike, terrorism, war, hostility, civil disturbance, quarantine, or resulting directly or indirectly from an act of God. We take no liability or responsibility for injury, accident, or death involving swimming pool, falling coconut, or for any other accidents, injury in the premises or in the area.
10)Lost, Stolen, or Abandoned Articles: M/s. Anjuna Greens LLP / Avontade Suites, Vista Rooms, Villa Owner, or the Villa Staff shall not be held responsible for the safety/loss or theft/damage of any article of the guests and/or his visitors from the said villa.
11)Electricity: There can be intermittent power cuts, load shedding in the area of Villa. Guests are requested to co-operate with us. No refund will be provided in case of power cuts by the government.
12)Insects and other Animals: The property is amidst nature. Although pest control services are conducted regularly, some insects and other animals find access to the house. Guests are requested to keep doors and windows shut and take every effort to take cautionary measures necessary for your personal protection.
13)Caution during Monsoons: Due to continuous rains, the terrain around the house can develop moss which could prove to be very slippery. Outdoor furniture and a few other areas of the villa may be covered or not be accessible to guests in the rainy season. Guests are requested to co-operate in such cases with us.
14)Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. Guests caught smoking will have to compulsorily pay deodorant fees of Rs. 1000/-
15)Food and Eatables: Guests may note that food and eatables are strictly not permitted on beds, also please see that no food is dropped on the floor as these droppings invite ants and other pests in the room and maybe charged towards cleaning fees and anti-termite treatment charges.
16)Noise Pollution: Guests are requested to maintain in the resort. Loud noise, shouting, and singing are strictly prohibited on the property.
17)Linen: Stain-free linen is supplied at the Villa. Please see that stain-free linen is maintained during check out. All linen found stained will be charged in full. Please do not wipe “KAJAL” to towels.
SWIMMING POOL RULES
The villa may provide a private or common swimming pool. The uses of the swimming pool shall be subject to the terms and conditions of M/s. Anjuna Greens LLP / Avontade Suites and Vista Rooms mentioned herein below:
1)Proper swimming costumes shall be used.
2)Eatables and drinks shall not be permitted in and around the swimming pool.
3)Children under the age of 12 shall enter the swimming pool strictly under the supervision of adults.
4)Running, horseplay, and diving within the swimming pool area is prohibited.
5)Pool usage timings are 10 AM to 8 PM. Guests should respect pool timings.
Guests will be utilizing the pool without the benefits of a lifeguard. M/s. Anjuna Greens / Avontade Suites, Villa Owner, Vista Rooms, or Villa Staff shall not be held responsible in case of any injury, death by drowning or any other harm caused by the usage of the swimming pool. Pool rules and conditions may vary from time to time.
